The waterfalls of Purcaraccia are one of the most beautiful and most visited in Corsica. We understand why because on the spot we discover a succession of basins carved in the granite rock, followed by magnificent waterfalls and natural slides. It is essential not to miss the start of the trail on the road that leads to the Aiguilles of Bavella.
To find the path
The start is at the Bocca di Larone in a yaw turn on the D268 (road on the right just before Solenzara). The path is not marked, there is no sign to indicate the start but you will find it on: Google Maps
Count 2h/ 2h30 round trip to enjoy the waterfalls. The trail is not too difficult but provide good shoes and plenty of water especially in summer.
